Shows that were scheduled during the lockdown have been postponed. We will advise reschedule details in the coming days. Please retain your tickets as they will be valid for any new date or speak to box office about a refund if required.

Information for ticket holders
Rescheduled events are listed in the ‘What’s On’ section and we will continue to sell tickets in accordance with the current restrictions and capacity. During this time the situation will be continually reviewed, based on the latest government advice.
If you are a ticket holder, the box office staff will contact you with updates. If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact the Box Office on 8571 1666 from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Information for members
Renewals and new memberships in 2021 is available at the COVID-19 recovery membership special of $5. Drum membership help in supporting artists that appear at the Drum Theatre.
COVID-19 refund policy
Plan your visit with confidence. No fuss, easy refund policy. The Drum Theatre guarantees your tickets and will fully refund or change your tickets if the show has had to be cancelled or postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Our COVID-19 refund policy also covers you if you are feeling unwell with potential symptoms and advise our box office prior to the show time. Your Drum Theatre purchase is safe and secure.
