What should I do if I arrive after the performance?
If you arrive after the performance has commenced you may be asked to wait for a suitable time to enter the theatre to ensure disruption to the performance is limited. Occasionally a performance will have a total lockout where latecomers will not be admitted once the performance has commenced. Unfortunately tickets cannot be refunded under these circumstances.

Lost your tickets or left them at home?
The Ticket and Customer Service Office team will be happy to reprint them for you on the day of the performance with suitable ID.
