Drum Theatre employs a range of customer service, technical and administrative staff. Drum Theatre is a cultural facility of the City of Greater Dandenong, so employees are engaged under the Greater Dandenong City Council Enterprise Bargaining Agreement 2012 and are eligible for a range of Council benefits including a friendly team environment, salary sacrificed child care (where available), discounted gym membership and a vibrant social club.

Volunteers
Drum Theatre is very fortunate to have many dedicated volunteers who donate their time to have fun, gain experience and help us present quality shows for the community. Regular and casual volunteer opportunities are available to members of the community who have time to give and are able to pitch in with customer service, promotional materials mailouts, or other tasks.
