For The Drum Theatre presented shows children under two will be admitted at no charge provided they sit on an accompanying adult’s knee and are taken out of the auditorium if they are disturbing the enjoyment of other patrons. For some commercial performances the producer may request to vary this policy (for example: free admission only for children under 12 months or perhaps all children under 14 admitted free).
Producers may also require that everyone attending the performance hold a valid ticket, including babes in arms. Please call us to clarify any ticketing conditions relating to commercial shows as the Ticket and Customer Service team will be delighted to answer your questions.
Can I get any concession discount?
The Drum Theatre recognises the following cards and will offer the holders of those cards a discounted ticket if available for the performance: Pensioner Concession Cards, Veteran Affairs Pensioner, Health Care Card, DVA Gold Card, DVA White card, Victorian Seniors Card, Commonwealth Seniors Health Card, Student Card, Companion Card.
Can I use companion cards?

Changes in program
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add or substitute artists or performers without notice.
Latecomers
If you arrive after the performance has commenced you may be asked to wait for a suitable time to enter the theatre to ensure disruption to the performance is limited. Occasionally a performance will have a total lockout where latecomers will not be admitted once the performance has commenced. Unfortunately tickets cannot be refunded under these circumstances.
Lost tickets
Lost your tickets or left them at home? The Ticket & Customer Service Office team will be happy to reprint them for you on the day of the performance with suitable ID.
Postponements, cancellations and refunds
Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or cancelled once issued except in accordance with the applicable laws of Australia.
In the event of a cancellation, the purchase will be refunded directly to the credit card used for the original purchase. In the event of a postponement, purchased tickets for the original date will be valid for the new date unless otherwise notified. Purchasers have the option to seek a refund for the value of the purchased ticket(s) for a postponed event by contacting Drum Theatre prior to the replacement date for the postponed show. In the event that a Promoter authorises ticket refunds for a postponed event, they will be issued only to the original credit card used for the purchase.
