Producers may also require that everyone attending the performance hold a valid ticket, including babes in arms. Please call us to clarify any ticketing conditions relating to commercial shows as the Ticket and Customer Service team will be delighted to answer your questions.

Changes in program
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add or substitute artists or performers without notice.
Latecomers
If you arrive after the performance has commenced you may be asked to wait for a suitable time to enter the theatre to ensure disruption to the performance is limited. Occasionally a performance will have a total lockout where latecomers will not be admitted once the performance has commenced. Unfortunately tickets cannot be refunded under these circumstances.
Lost tickets
Lost your tickets or left them at home? The Ticket & Customer Service Office team will be happy to reprint them for you on the day of the performance with suitable ID.
Postponements, cancellations and refunds
Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or cancelled once issued except in accordance with the applicable laws of Australia.
In the event of a cancellation, the purchase will be refunded directly to the credit card used for the original purchase. In the event of a postponement, purchased tickets for the original date will be valid for the new date unless otherwise notified. Purchasers have the option to seek a refund for the value of the purchased ticket(s) for a postponed event by contacting Drum Theatre prior to the replacement date for the postponed show. In the event that a Promoter authorises ticket refunds for a postponed event, they will be issued only to the original credit card used for the purchase.
