Haroon Popalzai is a professional and distinguished Afghan artist specializing in traditional Afghan music, particularly in the genre of both classical and contemporary Ghazal, a poetic form of music originating from Arabic, Persian and Urdu literature. 

Haroon Popalzai’s musical journey is a manifestation of innate talent combined with a profound learning and understanding of music professionally for over 20 years in Afghanistan, Pakistan and India, under the guidance of renowned music icons. His expertise has propelled him to the forefront of the music industry, earning him recognition as one of the most celebrated Ghazal singers within the Afghan community globally. 

With his distinctive style, unique voice quality, aesthetic skills and profound music knowledge, Haroon Popalzai's expertise in singing in over six languages (Dari, Farsi, Pashto, Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi), with proper native accents, has earned him worldwide recognition among Afghans and other multiethnic cultures. Haroon is also the winner of the “Young Ghazal Singer Award” for his exceptional talent in Afghanistan.
